Axle mod for Foldable Phone Stand

This is an axle mod for Foldable Phone Stand by Andreas G
Original model licence doesn't allow remixing, but this part is new.

The axle allows for the thread to be printed flat on the bed rather than vertically, which improves the strength considerably.

When adding to the original model, simply print two of the nuts and screw one on each end.

Size of the thread is 9mm OD with 2mm pitch, which is non-standard.
