After printing off the original, it unfortunately didn't work with the R12 rath trombone, because of the tightening screw on the instrument. So, I added some thickness, added a second wall screw hole, spaced the hooks to fit nicely, and chopped off a corner to make room for the tightening screw on the trombone.
