CAT 5 Wall plug

I was running a POE LAN cable to an IP camera.   The hole was 16mm to allow the RJ45 plug to easily pass through the wall but needed a removable plug to draft proof the gap.

I designed this plug to split to go around a 4.8/5 mm cable then it holds together with a small cable tie.

I printed it in Fiberlogy Fiberflex 40D Vertigo (Grey) at 25% infill which was flexible enough to hold tight.  I find this TPE filament prints reliably at reasonable speeds on my Mk4 even though its usefully flexible.
