Modular RGB Led wall channel system

With these components, you can make your custom-led wall installation.
 

The system has the following parts:

Straight: 200mm Top & Bottom + Diffuser
Corner: Top & Bottom + Diffuser
Cross:  Top & Bottom + Diffuser
T- Shape:  Top & Bottom + Diffuser
T/Cross to 200mm: Top & Bottom + Diffuser
Join - needed to connect each straight to another part, you need 2 per straight minus start and end.
Start and End parts.

You can also create custom lengths of the straights, simply make sure you only scale the length and scale the diffuser to -12mm in length.

Bill of material:

• Led strip 10mm + controller
• Printed parts you need

Print instructions:

Top / Start / End parts: 10 to 15 bottom layers, 0.2mm, 4 perimeters.

Diffusers: PLA, transparent

Start by adding the Led strip and always the Joins to the Bottom parts

As you can see, I am lazy and bend the led strip around the corners…

Now we add the diffusers to the corners and the T / crosses first!

And then add the Top parts for those, slide one or two of the Joins away and mount the part, then slide the Joins back.

All corners and T/Crosses finished:

Simply click in the straight diffusers

And the top parts at last, just click on!
