Volvo 240 front grill lower tab/leg repair piece

Use:

• Print right (R) or (L) repair piece.  R and L are from driver perspective that is if you look at the grill from radiator side. NOTE: Print on its “back”, that is, slide-in slot facing up and supports under the tab/leg. This way the layer direction gives maximum strength and least amount of supports is required.
• Sand flat the broken leg/tab.
• Slide the print into it's pocket, making sure angled edge faces out. 
• Drill a hole through the block and the grill.
• Screw in a retaining screw.
