Dehydrator Spool Extension for Hamilton Beach or Westside GameKeeper. No supports.

Extension for Hamilton Beach Dehydrator Model 32100A or the Westside GameKeeper model mentioned in the Makes. 258x330mm tray fits most 1kg filament spool as well as larger food items, mushrooms, and flowers.

No supports needed! Print upside down on the skinny edge. I used a 2mm skirt. 

Don't print with PLA, which could melt at dehydrator temps. Ideally use ASA or ABS, but PETG at a minimum for temp resistance. I used ABS.

Most people will want to print 2 each of the “right” and “left” corners. You can either glue the tray together, or optionally use 6x3mm disc magnets for alignment and storage disassembly. Make sure to test fit before gluing and pay attention to magnet polarity.

If you have a large capacity print bed, I'd recomment printing the full size tray (258x330mm) as a single piece.
