Because the glass is such a pain to source in the US I bought some from Amazon and made my own base that you can print to fit. Note that the glass will always have different tolerances so I recommend printing just the top to test fit to the glass then print the full thing.
Depending on your glass you may need to increase the scale. I printed mine after printing the top at 101.5% via slic3r. Then I painted and stained with shoe polish. After that I took a bit of electrical tape around the top to make the glass 'seal' against the base properly.
