GS500 (E) Adapter For Univeral 7" Headlights

Most likely works for 1989 and forwards GS500E, GS500 models. Take measurements before. Included is the .step file for modification. It is friction fit into place (no visible mounting holes on my headlight assembly.
For my specific headlight it seems sturdy but your mileage may wary. If unsure, add some adhesive between the adapter and headlight. Either tape or some sort of glue.

Tested on a GS500E 1996. 

I advice to print with ASA/ABS/PETG or other higher-temp material. The headlight can get hot in long summer rides and soften the plastic.

This was designed in Fusion 360 and printed on Ender 3 V2 with grey PETG.

No need for supports.
