Removable rotating puppet hand rod holder with flexible hand base plate

This is a new version of the mechanism that I use the build hands for a hand puppet. The changes to the old version are there is no longer a press-fit insert - I replaced that with a Chicago screw. There is now a base plate for the whole hand that has holes for a wire (that makes the fingers bendable). This plate is supposed to be printed with flexible filaments, like TPU. The discs bit a bent 6mm diameter rod inside - they should be glued together and secured with cable ties (that's why those 4 holes are there)
