Printing

  • PLA, .20mm, supports optional
  • ~22min

Parts Required

  • 3x20 pin (1x)
  • Logitech Camera c270 w/hinge mount removed (1x)
  • M3x8 Screw (1-3x)

Assembly

  1. Push the 3x20 pin part way through one side of the mount, use pliers if neccesary
  2. Put the c270 in the mount. (Note: the mounting location is not symmetrical.  Check the orientation is correct).
  3. Complete the hinge by pushing the 3x20 pin the rest of the way through.  (This will require some force, be careful)
  4. Route the cable over or under the mount and cable tie if necessary.

Mounting

  1. The three holes on the back of the mount should line up with one or more holes in the Prusa Enclosure frame.  Ideally, the mount should sit somewhere with at least 2 holes, but depending on preference this isn't always possible.
  2. Insert as many M3x8 Screws as required one at a time and tighten.
  3. Use cable ties to safely secure the cable throughout the enclosure.

Notes

  • Adding hex or square nuts would be more secure
  • Would be good to have cable clip built in
  • The base design would be nice just for securing cables on the other supports
