I had originally designed a 2.5" HDD Caddy for the PS2, and then recently found out that a certain company had used that to make a commercial remix to support 3.5" drives. All my models are released as non-commercial to avoid such exploitations - it takes quite a while to prototype, print and test, so I wanted to shield myself from that. Sadly they didn't adhere to the licensing, so here we are - I am releasing a version for the 3.5" one for free now, so everyone can print their own (and definitely not a petty act to undercut them).
A special “Limited Edition” you can print (if you know you know), or if you have no clue what this is about - don't worry, there's a regular version available too ;)
This works for IDE or Sata (converted) network adapters.
The bracket slides into place, where it holds firmly.
All you'll need are some small screws to mount the HDD to the bracket.
These need to be 1mm flat countersunk heads, otherwise they stick out too far and wont fit inside!
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
