QIDI X-Plus 3 Parts Cooling Fan Duct

Wires broke on my QIDI X-Plus 3's parts blower, which is a non-standard 5015 blower that's hard (or impossible to find).  The original duct requires cutting to fit a Winsinn 5015 blower but the giant hole causes pressure loss.

Print in PETG for heat resistance since this sits near the nozzle.  Prints without supports if the intake is oriented upwards.
