Car documents case and Credit cards case

Update 1: added “edit_II” version which fixes minor bugs and adds more lugs for better overall case strength. I recommend printing this version of the files.

Update 2: Added "edit_II_creditcards" version for smaller cards up to 43.5 x 90mm

General information

• Print dimensions: 133 x 212.5 x 6.2mm
• Maximum document dimensions 90 x 120 x 5mm
• Print the first three layers from PLA, then change to TPU (slowing speed to 50%)

My print settings (print tested on P1P, X1C, V-Core)

• Nozzle 0,4
• Layer  height 0,2
• Perimeters 2-3 (tested with both options)
• Fill 15%

Test prints made on a combination of materials

• PLA (Spectrum Glitter, Polymker PolyTerra)
• TPU (Polymaker PolyFlex TPU95, BambuLab TPU95)

 !!! Before printing, test the print tolerances (I created 3 options). !!!

Print file tolerances

• Car_documents_case_V1a - tolerance on the sides 2.5mm.
• Car_documents_case_V1b - tolerance on the sides 1.5mm.
• Car_documents_case_V1c - tolerance on the sides 1mm.

The print files named EDIT contain protrusions to better "snap" the two parts together.
