ADXL345 mount for the Minimus shroud

I use the Minimus shroud and wanted to try out input shaping. I needed to mount the ADXL 345 accelerometer on this shroud. Since I have an Ender3, I wanted the ability to mount it both on the X and Y axis. 

The accelerometer mount is designed to fit into the slot where the 4010 cooling fan sits. Please look at the pictures for mounting ideas for both axis. The actual mount is slightly thinner than the part of the body which sits under the fan. For this reason, it is important that the model is printed while resting on the flat side.
