I want to thank everyone that contributed to the Nevermore project. It has been a very useful modification to my Voron. The new V6 design offers some nice improvements but I wanted to redesign some of the parts. I remixed the cartridges (both straight and 90 degree exhaust) and plenum lid.
The full set of original, unmodified parts are on the official Github page: https://github.com/nevermore3d/Nevermore_Micro/tree/master/V6. There is also an official Nevermore3D printables page: https://www.printables.com/@Nevermore3D_1779451.
The jalousie mechanism adds unnecessary complication. I gave up on the concept after 3 sets of parts didn't work. I just want a model that is easy to slice, print, and install. To remix the cartridge, I replaced the jalousie door with a grate that doubles as the lid. This eliminates some delicate bridging from the original model since the divider is printed separately. Take care when inserting and removing it because it is thin in the middle. If you have trouble try using a small screwdriver to help you get the grate out, and then sand or file the grate and opening some more. You will need: (3) M3x5x4 heat set inserts, and (3) M3x8 BHCS for the cartridge remix.
I modeled built-in supports styled after the floating supports in the original Nevermore parts. They have layer separation of 0.2 mm and a few perimeters that connect to the print in order to hold them in place. I have also included downloads without supports that allow anyone to adjust and tune supports in a slicer.
The lid for the plenum is really tight and does not have adequate room for fan wires. Mine always had a bulge where I ran the wires. To remix the plenum lid, I started by enlarging the space for the fan wires by thinning out the middle portion of the lid. I found the added flexibility helpful when inserting the lid. I removed the embossed molecule picture since there is not enough thickness leftover. Finally, I removed 0.4 mm of material along the chamfered edges of the lid to loosen the fit.

You will need to consider options to mitigate warping when printing the cartridges. The correct print orientation does not leave a lot of surface area on the print bed. Try some or all of the suggestions below.
Tune your first layer as best you can and add some glue/adhesive to the print surface. Add a brim and draft shield in your slicer. Close up your print volume and let it heat soak to increase the chamber temperature. Use thick layers to reduce print time. If you have a hardened nozzle, try fiber reinforced filaments to get improved dimensional stability.
Thanks for visiting, and enjoy!
Major update: I added a download for the straight cartridge. I also fixed a very small gap near the grate opening from a sketch mistake. (I doubt it was even noticeable after printing, but now it is fixed.)
Minor update: I have removed the download for the Honeybadger fan plenum and now recommend downloading the plenum from the official Nevermore Micro V6 Github page. The original author has fixed the alignment of the magnet holes, and made other adjustments and fixes.
Minor update: I added downloads without built-in supports.
Minor update: I re-uploaded the files with the correct orientation for printing.
Minor update: Edited description and added a link to Nevermore3D printables profile.
Minor update: Updated the description.
The author remixed this model.
For this remix I replaced the jalousie door mechanism with a simple grate and lid combo that attaches with screws. I also adjusted the plenum lid for a better fit.
