I spent a good day or two thinking how I could fit my 3M Scotch Magic tape dispenser into #gridfinity desk organiser.
The dispenser utilises the cutting blade and tape roll core from the original dispenser. Alternatively here are printable versions of the roll core:

McMaster-Carr sells spare blades that fit this: https://www.mcmaster.com/product/7636A23
At least here it is cheaper to buy a 3-pack of tape with the original dispenser than buying the tape separately. So the good cutter blade is practically free.
I paused the print intermittently to insert lead weight balls to make the dispenser a bit more usable. (NOTE: DO NOT USE SAND!! It will fly all around your 3D printer the second the part cooling fan activates! Ask me how I know…)
Some have reported that they get the dispenser heavy enough if they just print 100% or even 70% infill.
