Parts:

  • 5x5x5mm cube magnet

Instructions:

  1. Print 2x of the part
  2. Insert the part into the Olukelo gimbal slots
  3. Line up the hall effect sensor exactly centered under the fork on the gimbal body
  4. Tape the hall effect sensor down
  5. Test the magnet to ensure that one side of the fork is either the N and S pole of the magnet
  6. Insert the magnet into the fork and test the range
  7. You may have to adjust the placement of the hall effect sensor. Test the full range of motion to make sure it doesn't go over the edge of the magnet and the hall effect voltage values begin to decrease again
  8. Once the correct placement is found, use hot glue or a dot of super glue to hold the Hall Effect sensor in place
  9. (Optional) Add a bit of glue on the side of the fork and magnet facing AWAY from the gimbal
  10. Enjoy!
