General Info
These Panels attach pretty securely to the side of the Repbox without bolts, but if you prefer you can bolt them in place (you won't be drilling holes into the filament storage area, so you won't be impacting your humidity control). If you want to bolt them on, you'll need to choose “M3 nut” parts, or you can choose “M3 heatsink” parts if you like using heatsinks.
The “toolless” parts just use hex clips to lock securely in place using the “locking-pin” part, and seem pretty secure to me. (the “toolless” options do take up a bit of space on the sides). Note that the toolless parts also support M3 heatsinks if you're a belts and suspenders sort of person – I did this but only because I felt compelled to fully test it; if I build another, I will not bother bolting it in place.
While I wouldn't recommend hanging large heavy objects on the sides, these panels should be good for your basic printer tools, and you can check my other remixes of this for some tool holders designed for common printer repair tools.
Parts to Print
For each side you'll need a “right side” or “left side” panel – there is no “toolless” option here, but either will work with the toolless clips.
For the bottom, you'll want a right or left shelf-clip. This fits into the shelf cut on the bottom of the repbox, and keeps the panels from sliding forwards or backwards, even with the toolless option.
The top clip will work on either side.
NOTE: Supports will be required for most of the top and side clip designs. Use common sense, and paint-on organic supports are your friend!
Assembly
I find it easiest to hold the panel against the side while sliding the shelf-clip on from below. Note that if you're putting bolts in, you should carefully align everything without the locking pins and drill holes (I drilled a tiny pilot hole through the heatsinks and then removed the panels to drill the real holes).
If you're not using bolts (or doing both) then insert two locking pins along the bottom hex extension. They're a bit hard to get in, and even harder to get out!
Once that's in place you can put the top clip in place and again, insert locking pins or bolts
(note: I have only tested on a repbox 2.2; but it looks to me as if the panel design remains the same)
