Manufacturing procedure:

  • Material: PLA, PETG
  • 3D Printer: FDM 3D printer, average print time 8 – 16 hours, depending on size
  • Slicer settings: 0.2 - 0.3mm layer height, print each part separately, base – 3 perimeters
  • Post processing instructions: Clean the stringing
  • Assembly instructions: Very carefully insert the plates with holes for tubes into the base and click between the round and triangular support on the columns. Make sure not to break the columns.

User based parameters:

  • Following parameters can be adjusted using Autodesk Fusion 360:
  • TubeDiameter – diameter of the tube which is intended to be used with the rack. The holes are 0.4mm bigger than the entered value to ensure sufficient clearance. Base can be reused for various diameters, only plates can be changed.
