I love the Honeycomb storage wall by RostaP, however I wanted to have my wall with straight borders. Instead of printing small border pieces and having to connect these with inlays, I added the borders / edges to the original wall design. This keeps it simple and optimizes both stability and print time. My design is based on the walls for Bambu printer beds, so you'll need a print bed of at least 215x250.
For the smallest layout (see photo), print 2x “corner 1”, 2x “corner 2”, 2x “side bottom” and 2x “side long” as well as 1x the original “wall-honeycomb-bambu-211x248” for the center (this file is just reuploaded as is). Larger layouts can be created by printing additional sides and center pieces.
I printed my wall by vastly adhering to the original suggestions: Wall pieces in black PLA, with 0.2 layer height, 3 perimeters, 15% infill. Insert visible on the photos were printed in red PETG, with 0.2 layer height, 4 perimeters, and 20% infill.
STEP files are added for simple modification.
