Muzata U108 LED Stand MINI

This is the base for a LED strip light that you can place anywhere with a simple 5 volt charger and some simple wiring.  

I cut one of the 3 foot (1 meter) sections in half of the Muzata channel for each stand.

The two holes on the back of the stand are for 1) plugging in the micro USB cord to the board (BOTTOM)  2) running cables out to another LED or using different power supply (TOP)

Steps

1. Load WLED onto your ESP32 board - https://install.wled.me/
    
2. Settings - Set the amount of LEDs on your strip, make sure GPIO is correct, adjust your power supply mA. 
    
3. Attach 3 wires to the LED strip (power, ground, data) 
    
4. Slide the wires through hole in the base
    
5. Attach wires to the ESP32 (data=D4, ground=GND and power=VIN)
    
6. Plug in your micro USB 5V power supply and run WLED

Here are the parts I used but you could use different LEDs if you want.  The stand is specifically made for the Muzata Spotless Channel though.

I included the project file where I added modifiers for making the cover 100% infill and added supports to the cover ledge and the center hole.  This was printed on a Prusa Mini+

I also included one named “with center cutout”.  I recommend this one because it doesn't need supports in the center hole, only the bottom edges.  After you print, you can simply use a razor to cutout the center hole.  It is only .15 thickness.

I printed at .15 layer height so that the top of the base looks good.  I put supports at the bottom edge where the cap sits and in the center.
The cap should be printed in 100% infill.
