A more advanced CNC Case with XLR Sockets for MKS DLC32 v2.x + TS24R LCD + GRBL_SPD and Buck Converter. The cool air is pulled from the right hand side vents ensuring temps stay nice and low.

GRBL_SPD for Makita Routers available HERE.

MP1584EN DC-DC Buck Converter available HERE

CAD file is included for remixing

Notes:

  • TS24 is attached by M3 x 6mm Bolts which self will self-tap
  • The lid attaches with M3 x 10 mm Bolts which also self-tap
  • The Spindle and Steppers use 5 Pin and 4 Pin Female XLR Sockets
  • The Limit Switches use 3 Pin Mini Female XLR Sockets
  • The Probe / e-Stop ports are just a panel mount 3.5mm Audio socket

Updates:

  • v3.1 - The Bottom now includes a 3.5mm jack for an Emergency Stop button
  • v3.2 - Fixed mistake re the 4-pin Female XLR Sockets, I accidentally used the wrong model for the specified Amphenol sockets. I'll leave v3.1 as an option for those who want to use non-Amphenol 4 pin sockets.
  • v3.5 - added 10mm in height and 20mm depth to the case to make wiring less crowded.
  • v3.6 - added an insert to replace the TS24 LCD with a FluidNC compatible .96" OLED Display. I just glued it in. The OLED screen attaches to the insert with 4x M2 x3.5mm screws.
  • I've included my Config.yaml file with the correct PWM settings for GRBL_SPD
