The FAA says that a kite shouldn't go more than 150 feet in the air, but they don't say that it can't rocket at more than 150 mph towards the earth with a power drill. I'm uploading this here because I think it's fun, and not because I have tested it or even taken it outside yet, so give it a try at your own risk. I HIGHLY recommend wearing a glove (leather or similar) to guide the line onto the reel. You're already bringing a drill with you to fly a kite, what's a glove at that point? Print with supports everywhere, and sand 'em all off. To attach the drill to the printed part, I used a nifty little piece from Harbor Freight Tools, linked below. If you let the drill stop immediately, the brake will make the screw unthread and the whole thing will fly off. Enjoy?
