Micro Burner - for MicroSwiss DD

A modified mount to fit a Voron Stealth Burner on your Ender 3 or 5 using the MicroSwiss DD

Ender 3 - this comes in a few flavours to choose from

No-Probe

Inductive

There is a small clamp on the right to clamp it to the frame of the MicroSwiss. This holds it nice and firmly as I notice flex in this area in the original design.

Ender 5 - this only had the single flavour currently

I also modified the latest rear / part cooling part for the StealthBurner from Voron to fit the MicroSwiss DD, ensuring compatibility with all the other original StealthBurner parts

Additional parts you will need for this install...

6 off M3x5   5 / 6mm long Threaded inserts

4 off M3x8 BHCS

2 off M3x20 BHCS

these are for mounting the StealthBurner
 

other fixings... (originally on your ender 3 / 5)

2 off M3x6 FHCS

3 off M3x6 BHCS

these are for mounting the mounting bracket to you MicroSwiss.
 

printer settings that I followed are the Voron settings.

4 perimeters

5 top / bottom

40% infill

0.2mm layers.

for best results I would recommend  PETG, ABS or ASA
