These are french cleat hooks.
The first one has two holes for one or two brass threaded inserts for M3 screws. From the side to attach things, or simply as a hook to hang e.g. a Japanese saw, metal ruler, or similar.
The second model allows you to pass a dowel, rod, or similar through it, allowing you to build holders for pliers, etc. Rods with a diameter of 6-8 mm recommended.
The screw from below is to fix the hook in place in case that specific hook should stay in the exact place on your french cleat wall.
I used ruthex inserts from https://amzn.to/35ilBfw as they came out on top in the CNC kitchen test, but all inserts for M3 screws should work.
Please note that these hooks have stress relief holes on top and wobble-protection on the bottom.

I used PETG. In Prusa Slicer, I selected "0.1 mm DETAIL" but changed the layer height to 0.25 in variable layer height. This gave me precise, but sturdy prints.

Print with six perimeters and you won't be able to break them with your bare hands.
