Over the years I would end up dropping the remote a few times, in doing so the battery cover ended up breaking so for a long time I was using tape to hold the battery in, I then got an AnyCubic Photo Mono.
From using tape to hold the battery in, it would sometimes disconnect the battery becoming annoying especially when dropping the battery out and not knowing. I figured now was a good time to try making a new battery cover.
I firstly though about buying a new remote but I really didn't want to spend over $100 (AUD) especially seen the only problem was a broken battery cover.
I love the amount of detail from SLA prints.
The final variation after being painted.
Factory battery cover used for reference.
Notes
This project has 2 different models, the one I went with was printed with resin; however, I have also included an STL to be printed with an FDM printer.
The author marked this model as their own original creation. Imported from Thingiverse.
