High gardens circle-plate with a higher perimeter to hold more water

Description
PDFMy high gardens plate sometimes could not hold enough water, especially when they got big/high.
Therefore I increased the height of the perimeter by 15 mm and moved the mount up to account for it. While doing that I took the liberty to play a bit with the design of where the water comes out.
