Better base for Brithawkes's Christmas tree 1 2019

This is a new base for the best 3D printed Christmas tree ever. The only problem is that the base sucks. This base is taller, grasps the tree better, is more attractive, and is just heavy enough to meaningfully lower the center of gravity of the tree.

I designed the walls at 2.4mm thickness so that you can scale down the model and still have plenty of thickness to be useful.

Apparently, I'm not allowed to remix this model, so…. It's not a remix, it's a replacement part.
