Just the Tips - Hot-air rework station Tip Rack

Just the tips -- a rack for 8x 22mm tips for the 85x series of hot air rework stations (We use the 858D)

The diameter of the protrusions is 22.3mm on the main file because the nozzles measure out to that when new, and remain that size as long as you don't overtighten your nozzle.

If you like to overtighten your nozzles and collapse them a bit, then use the 20mm file. I've attached the f3d file if you want to make adjustments to shrink it down

Print instructions

Print in whatever layer heights you preferr - 0.2mm with a 0.4mm nozzle works well.
