Using the 3D Printed 5-Inch Burger Press is a breeze. Simply prepare your ground meat mixture, whether it's beef, chicken, turkey, or even vegetarian options, line the press's base and head with wax paper or plastic wrap, and place your meat mixture inside the press. With a gentle press, the device molds the meat into a perfectly round and uniform patty, ready to be cooked on the grill, stovetop, or in the oven.

I printed a prototype in gray PETG from Hatchbox with their recommended settings, and a working model in Black Certified Food Grade PETG from Carbon Brand at 30% infill and using tree supports in Cura Slicer. A little post processing along the Z-seam may be required for perfect fit. 

Depending on the water temperature, this 3D printed burger press may be dishwasher safe, but can also be easily washed by hand with warm water and soap and disinfecting with at least 70% Isopropyl Alcohol.

If you plan on printing/using this model, please remember to sanitize regularly. Also consider applying a food safe coating to keep bacteria from forming in the skin of the press.
