I need to keep my hands free for my Youtube channel (http://www.youtube.com/thebackofficeshow) as I like to do a number of teardowns and electronics builds.
I was using an elaborate setup to hold my Panasonic GH series cameras but the problem is it was so awkward to setup I would leave a camera permamently in the rig as it was such a pain.
I decided to download FreeCAD to try and solve this problem. Its not particularly clever, but it is an elegant solution and does look really professional. The camera drops in rather nicely.
This one is suited upto a 52mm lens, but with a little modification could easily take larger.
I have since discovered that my GF3 camera sits rather nicely on it as well, so it is likely to work with various cameras, especially 4/3 and DSLR.

Some Notes
I used foam tape to allow the camera to really seat nicely in the holder, I literally just throw the camera into it and it sits just right, every time!
Bracket/Holder can be screwed or held with a clamp
I decided I would use FreeCAD to design the bracket, I downloaded it from https://www.freecadweb.org/
The file I used is included so you can modify for your own needs.
