Here are the .stl files for the xbox mini case i have designed (loosely based on ghostavel's, from the old x-s forum days).

there are two versions, one with a single oled on front and one with dual top oled displays. The latter one also has a laser cut 3mm plexiglass/acrylic faceplate for which i have included the design in .ai and .dxf formats which most laser cutters can work with.

All of the files are in the below zip files. the listed 3d models below are for the 2 part case (single oled version).

You will need:

  1. a smaller heatsink/fan solution. There are vents on top of both case versions to either push air out or pull in
  2. A pico psu. I recommend an xt-160 and ac adapter along with an ATX 2 Xbox adapter
  3. some controller breakaway cables for the ports
  4. optional internal ogx360 for wireless controllers
  5. panel mount single usb port for the ogx360
  6. 2.5" HDD/SSD and startech ide2sata adapter (i used the blue one)
  7. optional xerc2 XE and IR eye to use the xbox remote control for power on/off
  8. optional 10mm round 2 pole momentary push button for on/off
  9. 10mm round 1mm thick perspex to cover the IR eye unless using the push button
  10. open xenium oled variant
  11. Newhaven NHD-0420CW-AXX oled displays (2 for dual oled case, 1 for the 2 part case)

To build either xbox mini will require disassembly knowledge of the original xbox, soldering, and will be expensive to put together. I have a FB group “xbox mini builders” and can be found on ogxbox.com

The ATX 2 Xbox adapter pcb can be found on dirtypcbs.com, made by N64Freak
