Attach a 2020 extrusion to a 2020 extrusion like a roof rack or a VHB mounted something. There is also a 2020 wire guide. All are oriented for printing. These mounts have feet and plug in firmly without even using a bolt and so they are very sturdy. I'm using them on an LDO frame, but have tested them on other 2020 extrusions.
2020 extrusion bracket
Print two of these brackets to attach a 2020 extrusion to your existing 2020 extrusion. You will need to tap the end of the 2020 with a 5mm thread if it isn't already done.
This design is specifically remixed by me to mount an extrusion to the rear of my Voron 2.4 with high confidence that it won't move. It allows for a 3mm panel with foam that compress to roughly 3mm.
The remix has feet for better anchoring. It also will grip the end of the extrusion you are mounting to. This grip is so good that with the extended version you could get away without tapping and bolting the end.
2020 vhb mount
This mount will mount anything to a 2020 extrusion so that it sits flush with the edge. Just put some vhb in the cutout and attach. They will sit firmly before you even bolt them in.
I designed these 2020 vhb mounts to mount in the side of an extrusion and then act as a vhb attachment to the back of my machine. When I'm running 65 deg chamber temps it was warping inwards which would cause the back of my Voron to rub on the belts. These attachments prevent warping.
2020 wire guide
This wire guide will allow you to run a cable over the 2020 extrusion while keeping it enclosed. You can carefully insert it on an angle over an extrusion that is already fixed in place. I've done this in cable that is already sheathed.
