2020 Extrusion End Bracket

This minimal end-bracket helps you secure two 2020 aluminum extrusions side-by-side while taking up very little space. Designed to mount a second 2020 extrusion to my LumenPNP pick-and-place machine so I could use these drag feeders.

Print Settings

The assembly in the pictures was printed at the following settings:

• Printer: Prusa i3 MK3S+
• Print Settings
  • 0.4mm nozzle
  • 0.15mm layer height
  • 25% infill
• Filament: Prusament Jet Black PLA
• Supports: none (if printed in delivered orientation)
• Brim: none

Print Instructions

1. If you want to print it without supports, place it on the angled edge (in the delivered orientation). Make sure you have good bed adhesion.

Assembly Instructions

1. Print 1 bracket for each end of your 2020 extrusion.
2. Mount it to the other extrusion using:
   1. 1x M3-12 socket head cap screw
   2. 1x M3 t-slot nut
