The design of the 3D printed part allows the use of MagSafe to hold the iPhone 13 Mini. MagSafe is screwed into part 3 of the print part.
A total of eight fused-in threads from Ruthex with a thread diameter of M3 are required for the assembly. These threads are used to connect the various components of the 3D printed part. In addition, eight screws with a thread diameter of M3 and a length of 10 mm are required to fasten the fusible threads.
After you have printed all the parts, clean them carefully. Melt the thread inserts and check that the Ruthex fusible threads are correctly positioned and securely embedded in the corresponding part.
Now begin assembly. Use the screws to securely fasten the parts together. Make sure part 3 is positioned correctly with the MagSafe module screwed in to hold the iPhone 13 Mini securely.
After assembly, you can place the iPhone 13 Mini on the front. The MagSafe function ensures a magnetic connection between the pressure part and the iPhone to enable a secure mounting.
