Fantasy Football Trophy

Trophy for your Football Fantasy League.

Made to be easily disassembled for shipping.

Other parts needed:

• x3 - ¼" Threaded Rod 12.5"
• x1 - ¼" Threaded Rod 6"
• x5 - ¼ Nuts
• x3 - ¼" Threaded Inserts for Plastic
• Epoxy Glue
• Gap Filler and Paint
• Felt

I suggest getting everything local from hardware store except the ¼" Threaded Inserts for Platic. I ordered these online from Amazon.

Instructions:

1. Print and clean up parts.
2. Glue 3 Base parts together, 3 Base Triangle parts togehter, 2 Circle parts together, Crown and Football parts together, and Bottle parts together.
3. Using soldering iron, melt Threaded Inserts into Circle so they are flush.
4. Insert 6" Threaded Rod with Nut attached to top end into Topper. Test the Football+Crown can fit with the Topper. If so coat top of Topper with epoxy to glue Threaded Rod and Nut, and Football+Crown to top of Topper.
5. Fill gaps and Paint parts, make sure to tape exposed thread of Topper and cover Threaded Inserts of Circle (I threaded some bolts into these and used as a stand for drying).
6. Glue felt to bottom of Base, cut out holes for threaded rods.
7. Assemble. Thread Rods into the Circle Threaded Inserts, slide Bottles onto each rod, slide Base Triangle and Base after. Thread nuts onto rods from bottom, DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN, doing so will pull out the inserts. Holding the Topper, insert TopperCircle then slide onto rest of trophy. Thread on nut from bottom of circle.
8. Print or order trophy name plates and glue in (Not shown in pictures or included in files).
9. Hand over to winner of the Fantasy League.
