Hula Stitch.  Left in T pose mostly because it works…

 + In T pose you can throw it in Mixamo and repose it pretty easy if you like.  it will save as an FBX in mixamo. Download FBX … just need to open in blender then save as .obj or .stl.  Sometimes you need to refix the file in meshmixer… but most of the time it will work.
