NOTE: Don't use Cura Slicer for the Dino Clip, it calculates voids in the print and will cause failures. (Hat tip to Ian B. for figuring this out the hard way!)
The start of this description is that I'm a confessed “Dino-Clipper”, I have more Dino Clips than normal pantry clips. That said, after many late nights of almost clamping my finger (with the latest batch) I caught myself always saying; “damn this thing is tough!” With that out of the way, I made a thing that uses the Dino Clip; It's a clamping drink holder for hammocks or any other place that a Dino-Clip can chomp on (fingers not recommended). The long and short was that I had printed more than a few of the Dino-Clips and knew how well they worked so I asked myself why can't I add a cup holder to the Dino-Clip?
For the most part it's print-in-place with respect to the gimballed cupholder part, however my modifications to the Dino-Clip left it needing supports. In theory it might do ok in another orientation however I have not tried that.
Works well with 12oz cans, as well as larger (solo-size) cups if you take the ‘basket’ out.
I should also make a note here as it came up in the comments: While it's print in place the basket is not touching the inner gimbal ring. The baset prints right side up, the gimbal assembly prints upsidedown. The basket can be slid into the inner most gimbal ring and “hang down” as seen in the photos. It only looks strage in the STL, once you print it and break it free from the print deck will it then resemble the photos.
It's important to note the Dino Clip doesn't have enough room to open when the cup holder is attached, i.e. attach the clip, then attach the cup holder.
Printed with PLA on a Prusa Mini as well as an XL.
Cheers and happy camping!
P.S.
The basket prints 'normal side up' however the rest of the gyro-holder is upside down so that it has a smooth finish when flipped around. I should also say that the size of your drink is important as that will change the center of mass of your drink, which might make it more likely to spill. What I'm trying to say is that if you have a 12oz can, use the basket, if you have a solo cup, do NOT use the basket, (remove the basket and let the solo cup sit inside the gyro-holder nude/raw), if you have 24oz ‘tall’ cans you should think about printing just a basket which should be stretched/resized (vertically) to account for a taller drink, or pour you tall can into a solo-sized cup.

Added wings to the side so it can interface with Gimbaled Drink holder.
