I printed in Polycarbonate with a 0.6mm nozzle on the Prusa MINI. Used it for 1 triathlon so far, and haven't had a chain drop - can't say for sure whether it was because of the chain catcher or the shift endstop adjustments I made, but I'll be leaving this on the bike until I get some new aluminum ones.
I purposefully made the holes undersized, some filing will be required to fit. You can't clamp a 3D printed piece as tightly as you can an aluminum one, so I made this with no angle adjustment - if you need to adjust the angle, heat it up with a heat gun and bend it to position, then let it cool.
Made this because the aluminum chain catcher I got from Aliexpress didn't fit the bolt holes of the curved washer that it came with: 10.2mm center to center.
