2017-2021 Chevrolet Bolt EV Noggle Adapter

I bought the Noggle (nogglenation.com) in hopes to keep my kiddo cool in the back seat, but found that it did not fit well with any of the vents in my 2019 Bolt EV. So I took some measurements, drew it up in Fusion 360, and created a loft between the two shapes.

This uses the original zip-ties and has a cutout allowing you to secure the left zip-tie from the outside. The right zip-tie just wraps around the cross supports in the round end.

Optionally, put some 3/8" foam weatherstripping tape around the vent side to improve the seal. Also, angle the vent to the right (not sure how much this helps, but it can't hurt).

PLA IS NOT RECOMMENDED! I had a prototype in the car for two days and it was already deforming in the sun. PETG seems to be working well so far - but ASA would probably be best if you're going for longevity. 

Organic/Tree supports are recommended - automatic support painting in PrusaSlicer worked great for this model.
