WE / SOCOM Gear 1911 Dual Port Compensator

Hello!

This is a dual port compensator for WE Tech / SOCOM Gear 1911 Airsoft pistols. This compensator replaces the factory barrel bushing which allows the barrel to slide through the compensator, as well as sit flush with the slide. 

I took measurements from my socom gear 1911, but it is about 15 years old, so I'm not sure if the tolerances are the same for their newer pistols. this may work with other brand airsoft 1911's, but I haven't had the chance to test it yet. 

Print settings are as follows:

Print Face down with supports.

Material: PLA

.25mm Layer Height

3 Wall line count

Infill density: 20+ 

Infill pattern: I used cubic subdivision

Nozzle temp: 205 c

Bed temp: 60 c

Supports: Everywhere at 5%

You may need to tweak these settings or do some mild sanding/filing to get this to fit your pistol. I left the locking lug a little big to ensure a tight fit with the slide, pending variances in tolerance between pistols.
