The EG-6 power droid by Veril Line Systems was an ambulatory power droid. As their popularity rose, Industrial Automaton produced a knockoff of the droid under its own product series: the GNK power droids, also known as gonk droids because of their distinctive language.

I'm not sure why I got pulled into this vortex, but here I am. I decided I wanted some custom Black Series scaled droids, but I also wasn't going to spend tons of money on “real” action figures just to paint them. With droids, design is easy: basic geometric shapes.
The GNK was my first choice, both because of the ease of design and because it just felt hilarious. There will “never” be an official Black Series GNK droid. Of course, when my daughter saw my “canon” Gonk she needed her own in pink and pruple.
I designed this model with ease of creation with an FDM printer in mind. It is optimized for printing, not necessarily 100% screen accurate.
The printed pins will work fine for general display purposes, but I've found that if you intend to play with the droid you may want to swap the pins holding the legs on for two button head screws from your scrap parts drawer.
