Revolving Paint Rack 36mm x 18

***Disks needed to be updated to space bottles apart more. If you printed the old versions of discs (24x or 30x) and the bottles collide, my apologies. I will update the model and try to only change the DISK. Tried squishing 30 bottles into a rack that can be printed on a 220x220 build plate, unfortunately it didn't work out as planned.***

!!Working model UPDATED!! 

Disk v1.4 is the final rendition & replaced the disk locks with a Disk Sync. 

Disk Sync uses 6 pieces of 1.75mm filament to lock in place(recommend melting or gluing in place)

Also updated the crossbar for a little more clearance but I don't think its necessary to reprint

Craft Paint Rack made per request to hold 18 bottles 36mm in diameter.

Everything should be printable without supports minus the 3x Buckets & Disk Sync

1 washer goes in between each DISK & A-Frame but may not be required.

Align disks with Disk Sync by matching letters A & B on each disk then sticking short pieces in the alignment moles. 

I recommend gluing the disks to the sync bar then melting the filament with a soldering iron & sand smooth if necessary.

2x A-Frame

1x Disk A v1.4

1x Disk B v1.4

1x Disc Sync

2x Knob Lock

2x Washer

2x Cross Bar

---Hardware Needed---

12x m5 heat-serts

2x m6 heat-serts

12x m5 bolts ~20mm long

2x m6 bolts ~20mm long

6x scrap filament pieces (1.75mm)

I will update the hardware list with exact length heat-serts & bolts once printed & assembled.
