I used to have some spare blades for my metal handsaws in my workshop. The normal paper sales packaging dissolves quickly and the saw blades spread uncontrolled around the drawer.
This simple box holds up to 60 blades sorted into 3 compartments for sorting the different tooth pitch, shapes or whatever your needs are.
It is made for standard european metal blades which have a length of 300 mm and a width of aprox. 12 mm. At the front it has a openning for easy take-out with your fingers.
Because one can't print the over 300 mm long model in one part on a Prusa MK3 it is divided into two parts which can easily glued together. I used PLA where acetone and a wee bit of pressure is the easiest way to join them together.
Please also note the second model for saw blades with 150 mm for so-called PUK saws (special German hand saw), which is a nice addition to this model. Booth prints look well without the solid bottom layers and a open honeycomb filling.
As all my models this one is made for and with PrusaSlicer and some special settings may not work with other slicers or printers. Don't blame on me.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
