Pegboard Wrenchholder

This is a holder for a set of 12 ring wrenches with an angle of 15 degrees.

There was requests for a holder of 2 sets, now also available is a version for 2 wrenches of each size.

I was inspired by the nice model from Johann Arndt.
But as I had a set of 12 wrenches I started a remix adding some further improvements:

• better wrench fixation
• legend in a different color
• using screws for pegboard fixation (easy to print and very robust)
• printing without support

To fit on a Prusa MKS print bed, I designed it in 2 parts (6-12 and 13-19). If you have a Prusa XL, there is also a single holder (6-19) available.

Attention:

The 12.5 mm format is a popular but proprietary format available at various hardware stores. It is not compatible to “Euro norm”, which has a 15 mm grid!
(Adapting to 15mm is possible on request.)

Printing

Filament: Take a filament with good layer adhesion like PETG.

Infill: 30% should be enough

Support: not needed

Color: If you want to have a different color for the legend, set a color change at 9.4mm to text color (e.g. white) and at 9.8mm back to normal color (e.g. black).

Assembly

You need:

• pegboard with 12.5mm grid
• 8x screw 4.2 x (max.) 9.5mm

Put in the screws on the backside and adjust them until you have a tight fit on your pegboard.
