This model is an adjustable clamp for attachment to a desk or table.

It features several components, designed to be printed such that even with PLA you can print a robust clamp, that can hold a substantial weight without failing.

The clamp itself is composed of four parts:

  1. Body (The only part requiring support.)
  2. Band (Print two of these.)
  3. Threaded Insert
  4. Screw

And I have supplied three attachements:

  1. A wine glass holder
  2. A Nonic pint glass holder
  3. A mug holder (not for hot drinks if you're printing in PLA!), or mini dice tray!

There is a 3MF file showing how to orientate the parts for best printing.

To assemble the clamp (see the assembled clamp photo):

  1. Take the screw and screw it into the threaded insert, you might need to back it out and screw it in several times to make it freely rotate.
  2. Take the body and slide one of the bands over the forks and push it right to the bottom, add the threaded insert (with the screw head outside the clamp!), then slide the second band over the forks.

You should be able to clamp the clamp onto a shelf/desk/table from 25mm thick to around 75mm thick.

Any of the fittings should slot cleanly into the dove-tail slot on the clamp.
