I designed this knife due to my own limitations while handling ordinary cutlery.
The body and 2 grips can be pressfitted together depending on handedness.
I used ABS and had no issues with stability so far, given that the visible part of the blade is relatively short (30 - 40 mm).
Blade-slot measurements: 13 x 1.2 x 50 mm³
