This is still a work in progress and not the easiest print to get out of your 3d printer (please refer to the 3mf for a suggestion on where to place supports).
Things might (still need to) change, but I wanted to submit it for for the Quick Flexi competition and was running out of time. Figuring out all the (rotation) angles in 3d space has proven quite the challenge…
Currently at version 3.6. (Photos show version 3.5, which finally kind of worked (apologies to anyone who tried printing any of the previous versions). 3.6 comes with a modified axis between middle and outer wing and a slightly adjusted head rotational joint, which unfortunately does not stay in place in the upper position (in 3.5 it was too tight and didn't rotate at all, so I think I will have to come up with a completely different design. But if you don't mind the head falling down while flying, go ahead and print version 3.6 :)
There is a special layout of the wings for the Prusa MINI which requires more supports (and prints at roughly 95% with brims).
The original version fits on larger printers like the MK3 or 4 and requires less supports.
Disclaimer: I am currently designing version 3.7 as the head rotational joint was too lose in 3.6, does not stay fixed in the upper position, which I would like it to do, in the final design :) .
