Ear Plug Case With Room For String

I created this case for Father's Day to give to my dad. I used Fusion 360 to model the case and got the idea from the Galaxy Buds Pro case. It has room for both earplugs and a string to connect them allowing the user to wear them around their neck when not in use or to keep from losing them. It also has a loop for attaching to a key chain.

How to Make

Print the bottom and top with supports. The bottom should be printed flat and the top should be printed with the flat surface down. I used a .4mm nozzle with .12mm quality to make it look nice, but you can use what works best for your printer.

After printing the parts attached the top to the bottom so the case is closed. Then take some 1.75mm filament and push it through the hinge. Cut the filament so you can't see it on either side. you may have to remove some supports from the hinge.
