Compact Rugged Case for ES15

This is a remix of the excellent design of a parametric rugged case by Whity. It is modified to securely store and transport a Miniware ES15 screwdriver together with a lot of 4mm hex bits packed into tubes, which are delivered in a kit together with a Xiaomi Wowstick screwdriver. 

This design exposes the USB C connector and the screen of the screwdriver to allow for charging without the need to remove it from the box. The internal layout is very tight and the lid will require a little force to close to ensure everything is held securely and nothing rattles in transport. 

External dimensions of the case are:
185 x 76.5 x 25 mm


Materials required for the build: 
(1x) box lid
(1x) box base
(2x) box latch 
(6x) M3x30 screw

Printing recommendations:
box and lid - PLA, 3 or more perimeters 
latches - PETG, 6 perimeters, concentric top and bottom infill, print on the side
